- Organizers are exclusively responsible for their tournament governance.
- Rules may vary strictly per tournament based on Organizer configuration.
- GamersGalaxy is not liable for interpersonal bracket disputes.
5. Payments (if applicable)
- All generated fees are non-refundable unless stated natively.
- The core platform may deduct automated service fees per transaction natively.
6. Termination
We reserve the strict right to suspend or immediately terminate accounts for violations of platform protocol.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are absolutely not responsible for:
- Individual tournament outcomes or match resolution conflicts.
- Local technical issues or endpoint loss of latency.
- Loss of bracket data (though our core ecosystem tries to rigorously prevent it via cloud backups).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update the terms anytime remotely based on active scaling operations.
